Abstract
These Regulations set out procedures and requirements that importers and manufacturers must abide to in order to be registered as Registered Suppliers and for registering any controlled goods which they intend to supply or advertise for supply in Singapore.
The Regulations further provide for: requirements to affix the Safety Mark; obligations of registered suppliers; powers of the Safety Authority to suspend or prohibit the supply of any registered controlled goods; inquiries into incidents involving registered controlled goods or as a result of their misuse; etc.
