Abstract
This Notification amends the Schedule of the Endangered Species (Import and Export) Act, 2006. The Appendices in the Schedule shall be amended by inserting the new sub-heading "Chelydridae Snapping Turtles" and the item "Macroclemys Temminckii". Appendix III shall be amended by adding a new item under the sub-heading "Emydidae Box turtles, fresh water turtles".
