Abstract
This Act, consisting of 5 Parts and 2 Schedules, provides for energy efficiency requirements and energy management practices, through the promotion of energy conservation, improving energy efficiency by reducing environmental impact, and making additional and related amendments to existing legislations. This Act is divided as follows: Preliminary (Part I); Administration (Part II); Energy Conservation Measures for Domestic and Industry Sectors, except Transport (Part III); Energy Conservation Measures for Transport Sector (Part IV); Miscellaneous (Part V).
