Abstract
These Regulations make provisions for the standards for registration of suppliers and goods regarding energy labelling; as well as requirements of registered suppliers.
Every registered supplier of any registrable goods shall affix an Energy Label in the manner specified in paragraph (2), or permitted or directed by the Director General under paragraph (3) — of the Energy Conservation Act. Minimum energy efficiency standards are prescribed to the following registrable goods: air-conditioners, clothes dryers, refrigerators.
