Sewerage and Drainage (Sanitary Works) Regulations (No. S 167 of 1999).

These Regulations set out requirements to carry out sanitary works and to obtain approval for sanitary appliances, and provide for maintenance and inspection of sanitary plumbing and drainage system.
The Regulations consist of 5 Parts: Preliminary (I); Sanitary Works and Sewerage Works (II); Sanitary Appliances (III); Maintenance and Inspection (IV); Miscellaneous (V). Part V mainly makes provisions for offences.
