Singapore Food Agency (Certification Marks) (Amendment No. 2) Notification 2022.

This Notification is issued by the Singapore Food Agency in accordance with the Singapore Food Agency Act 2019, to amend the Food Agency (Certification Marks) Notification 2019.
In paragraph 2 of the Singapore Food Agency (Certification Marks) Notification 2019 (G.N. No. S 283/2019) — (a) in sub-paragraph (e), replace the full‑stop at the end with a semi‑colon; and (b) after sub-paragraph (e), insert — “(f) the Singapore Fresh Produce Mark set out in Part 6 of the Schedule; (g) the Singapore Fresh Produce Mark (Revised 2021) set out in Part 7 of the Schedule; (h) the Singapore Good Agricultural Practice Certification Mark set out in Part 8 of the Schedule; (i) the Singapore Clean and Green Urban Farms Certification Mark set out in Part 9 of the Schedule.”. Amendments are also made on the Schedule to the Singapore Food Agency (Certification Marks) Notification 2019 by inserting certification marks.
