Abstract
This Notification is enacted in accordance with the section 6(2)(r) of the Singapore Food Agency Act 2019.
The Notification provides for the following certification marks of the Agency: (a) the Food Safety Excellence Mark; (b) the Food Safety Partnership Mark; (c) the Good Agricultural Practice for Vegetable Farming Certification Mark; (d) the Good Aquaculture Practice for Fish Farming Certification Mark.
