Wholesome Meat and Fish (Import, Export and Transhipment) Rules.

These Rules set out requirements and procedures for obtaining a licence by the Director-General for the import, export or transhipment of any meat product or fish product.
The Rules further provide for: the examination of imported meat products and fish products; the issuance of health certificates of meat products and fish products intended for export; the labelling and packing of meat products or fish products in licensed processing establishments; and offences.
