Abstract
These Rules empower the Director-General to properly control and manage processing establishments and cold stores.
The Director-General shall grant licences to applicants who wish to use any premises as a processing establishment or cold store as specified in the Rules.
The Rules further provide for: the prohibition of employing persons affected by certain diseases; personnel and establishment hygiene and sanitary requirements; etc.
