Abstract
This Act amends certain provisions of the Slovenian Game and Hunting Act (originally published in the Official Gazette 16/2004, and last amended in the Gazette 31/2018).
In the entire text of the Game and Hunting Act, the words “annual plan of the hunting management area" in shall be now replaced by the words "two-year plan of the hunting management area".
This text further amends the contents of articles 61 (hunting exam and its procedures, including the right to obtain such license if already passed the exam in other counries of the Euroepan Union), 63 (refusal to issue or renewal and revocation of a hunting license), 65 (hunting associations) and 74 (hunting inspection related matters).

Entry into force notes
This Act enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of article 1 which shall enter into force on 1 January 2021.
