Abstract
This Act, in order to mitigate the consequences of the second wave of the COVID-19 infectious disease epidemic, amends and supplements certain provisions of several national legislation as listed in article 1; also it grants the derogation from the provisions of acts as indicated in article 2. Provisions and topics covered by this text are regarding different sectors, including public health, finance, labour, social impact assessment and governance/legal-administrative aspects.
