Decision on financial compensation for loss of income to holders of ancillary activities on farms due to the consequences of the second wave of the COVID-19 epidemic for the period from 1 February 2021 to 30 April 2021.

This Decision, based on the provisions of the Slovenian COVID-19 Second Wave Mitigation Measures Act, determines the measure, applicants, beneficiaries, conditions, entry threshold, method of calculating the amount of financial compensation, the maximum amount of financial compensation and the procedure for granting financial compensation due to loss of income to holders of ancillary activities on farms due to COVID-19 (also aimed for primary agricultural production, processing and marketing of agricultural products, fisheries and aquaculture sector). The financial compensation is granted in accordance with the EU Commission Communication Temporary Framework for State aid measures in support of the economy in the event of an outbreak of COVID-19. The Annex contains a request form for financial compensation for income loss (for the period from 1 February 2021 to 30 April 2021).
