Decision on the collection, editing and continuous transmission of data on acute poisoning and other effects of chemicals.

This Decision determines that the Clinical Center, Professional Business Association (SPS) Internal Clinic (Poisoning Center) is authorized to collect, edit and continuously transmit data on acute poisonings and other effects of chemicals. The Poisoning Center performs the following tasks: information and documentation activities for acute chemical poisonings; ongoing information and consultation activities for acute chemical poisonings; maintains the poisoning register; participates in the creation and control of central stocks of antidotes in the Republic of Slovenia; professional consulting related to chemicals; other tasks in accordance with the program from point 3 of this Decision. The Poison Center prepares a work program every year. The program is adopted in agreement with the minister responsible for health no later than 30 November for the following year.
