Abstract
This Decision hereby transforms the Vodnogospodarski institute (Water management Institute) into a public institution Water Institute of the Republic of Slovenia. The Institute is the universal legal successor of Vodnogospodarski institut, doo. The founder of the institute is the Republic of Slovenia, and the founder's rights and obligations are exercised by the Government of the Republic of Slovenia. This particular Institute shall perform the following tasks: cooperation in the preparation of methodologies related to the creation of water management plans; cooperation in the preparation of methodologies related to the determination of ecologically acceptable flow.
