Abstract
This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of eight articles and four Annexes, lays down some amendments to the Decree on activities and greenhouse gases for which a permit for greenhouse gas emissions is required or monitoring of greenhouse gas emissions should be implemented. In particular, the present Decree establishes provisions relating to the sectors or subsectors which are exposed to a significant risk of emissions of carbon dioxide. These reguilations regard monitoring od emissions, preparation of monitoring plan of greenghouse gas emissions and reporting on greenhouse gas emissions.
