Abstract
The main objective of the present Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of nine Sections, is to prevent or reduce greenhouse gas emissions. This Decree establishes: (1) greenhouse gases, activities and types of devices, for which their operators must obtain a permit for greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with the law governing protection of the environment (specified in Annex 1); (2) types of aviation activities of aircraft operators which need monitoring of greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with the law governing protection of the environment (specified in Annex 2).
