Decree on actual land use.

This Decree, based on the provisions of the Slovenian Real Estate Cadastre Act, determines the types of actual land uses and their codes kept in the real estate cadastre, types of actual land uses and their codes, classification of actual land use kept in the real estate cadastre which are taken over from the registers of actual land use, and the conditions for taking over data from the registers of actual land use and the method of coordination of polygons of different actual land uses.
