Abstract
A fine of 1,200 to 41,000 euros shall be imposed on a legal person who: (a) carries out activities that are considered illegal, unreported or unregulated fishing in accordance with the criteria set out in Article 3 of Regulation 1005/2008/EC; (b) engages in activities directly related to illegal, unreported or unregulated fishing, including trade in or imports of fishery products, contrary to Articles 3, 12, 13, 14, 15, 21, 37, Articles 38, 39, 40 and 42 of Regulation 1005/2008/EC; and (c) uses documents contrary to point (c) of the first paragraph of Article 42 of Regulation 1005/2008/EC.
