Decree on the implementation of the Regulation (EC) establishing a Community system to prevent, deter and eliminate illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing.

This Decree establishes the competent authorities and offenses for the implementation of: Council Regulation (EC) No 1005/2008 of 29 September 2008 establishing a Community system to prevent, deter and eliminate illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing, that also amends Regulations (EEC) No 1005/2008 of 29 September 2008 establishing a Community system for the prevention, 2847/93, (EC) No. (EC) No 1936/2001 and (EC) Regulation (EC) No 601/2005 and repealing Regulations (EC) 1093/94 and (EC) No. (EC) No 1447/1999; last amended by Commission Regulation (EU) No 1447/1999 No 202/2011 of 1 March 2011 amending Annex I to Council Regulation (EC) No. 1005/2008 as regards the definition of fishery products and amending Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1010/2009 as regards advance notice forms, indicative values for port inspections and recognized catch documentation systems adopted by regional fisheries management organizations; and Commission Regulation (EC) No 1010/2009 of 22 October 2009 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No 1005/2008 establishing a Community system to prevent, deter and eliminate illegal, unreported and unregulated fishing, last amended by the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) and (EC) No. 865/2013 of 9 September 2013 that amends the Regulation (EC) No 1010/2009 as regards administrative arrangements with third countries in respect of catch certificates for marine fishery .
