Abstract
This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia lays down some amendments to the Decree on the management of batteries and accumulators and waste batteries and accumulators. In particular, the present Decree amends conditions of processing and recycling of waste batteries and accumulators in another EU Member State or third country, provided that the shipment of waste batteries and accumulators which should be carried out in accordance with the specified EU regulations.
