Decree on compensation for the reduction of income from agricultural activity due to adaptation to the measures of the water protection regime for the period 2023 to 2029.

This Decree determines the types of measures for which compensation may be paid for the reduction of income from agricultural activity due to adaptation to the measures of the water protection regime, the method of payment of compensation and the criteria for calculating the amount of compensation, for the period 2023 to 2029. This kind of compensation shall paid in accordance with the Guidelines on state aid in the agricultural and forestry sector and in rural areas. The compensation will be paid in the narrowest water protection zone due to the implementation of the measures of the water protection regime, which refer to the prohibitions, restrictions and protective measures in the implementation of agricultural activity, specified in the regulations governing water protection zones.
