Abstract
This Decree governs the compensation of salary or lost earnings to a military conscript during the performance of military service, the duty to serve in the reserve composition of the Slovenian Armed Forces, and the procedure for awarding a one-off financial aid in the event of death, injury or illness suffered by a citizen while performing defence duties. Records of injuries or deaths of citizens in the performance of duties shall be kept by the administrative body responsible for defence matters or protection against natural and other disasters, which shall keep records of the citizen.
