Decree on the concession for the use of water in a fish farm for the breeding of salmonid species of fish, for which a water management permit has been obtained.

This Decree is a concession act on the basis of which a concession is granted on individual parts of water bodies of surface waters for the use of water in a fish farm for the breeding of salmonid species of fish. Parts of water bodies of surface waters for which a concession is granted are parts of water bodies between the coordinate of the upstream boundary and the coordinate of the downstream boundary of the part of the water body of surface waters from the Annex which is part of this text. The amount of payment for the concession is proportional to the availability of water and the value that the holders of the concession obtain on the market for the cultivated aquatic organisms. A person who has acquired the right to use a part of the water body for the breeding of salmonid species of fish must, in addition to the prescribed conditions, ensure the following measures: insurance of land, buildings, devices and other goods against the harmful consequences of the operation of the fish farm; enabling the recreational use of water in the concession area; preservation of biological diversity and protection of habitats and biological balance where possible and long-term stable; preservation of the natural value to the greatest extent possible, if it is in the area of the concession; protection of residents and their property, if it is a threat due to the consequences of water use.
