Abstract
This Decree grants the state concession for use of underground water for the production of beverages from the Polina spring. The concession is granted for 30 years. The scope of the water right, expressed as the maximum allowed total annual amount of groundwater use, is 120 m 3 /year from the Polina spring. The maximum permitted current flow of groundwater use from the Polina spring is 0.3 l/s. The concession is granted for the use of underground water for the production of beverages with classification number 12.1.1. in accordance with the regulation governing the classification of types of special use of water and debris. Conditions for the implementation of the concession are laid down in article 4. The concessionaire ensures the implementation of monitoring, which includes the monitoring of the entire amount of extracted underground water for the special use of water for the production of beverages and its own drinking water supply in accordance with the requirements of the Annex to which is here attached.
