Decree on the costs of assessment and obtaining a certificate of good laboratory practice.

This Decree here determines the costs of assessment and obtaining a certificate of good laboratory practice that shall occur during the necessary procedures for evaluating laboratories regarding compliance with the principles of good laboratory practice and further needs to obtain related certificates of such good laboratory practice (GLP-certificate). Specific costs will be paid for the following activities: 1. preparation for inspection of the testing laboratory or assessment of the study; 2. carrying out an examination of the testing laboratory or an assessment of the study; 3. preparation of a test laboratory inspection report or study assessment; 4. other activities necessary for the inspection of the testing laboratory or the assessment of the study; 5. issuing or withdrawing a GLP certificate.
