Decree determining the jobs in which the insurance period is counted with an increase.

This Decree here defines the positions in the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Justice (Administration for the Enforcement of Criminal Sanctions) and the Slovenian Intelligence and Security Agency, in which the insurance period with an increase is considered for the performance of tasks in full-time work. The following are considered to be particularly difficult and health-damaging jobs or jobs in which, after a certain age, workers performing military service in the Ministry of Defence can no longer work successfully: jobs in the permanent composition of the Slovenian Army (soldiers, non-commissioned officers, officers) , except for the positions of heads of departments, heads of other organizational units at the department level and other positions with a higher status in the General Staff of the Slovenian Army and operational commands, positions in the Orchestra and Sports Unit of the Slovenian Army, and positions in information, personnel, financial and accounting, administrative, maintenance and auxiliary character; positions in the Center of Military Schools, which are considered to be performing military service and where the majority of the work is performed in the field; positions in the Intelligence and Security Service, which are considered to be performing military service, except for the positions of heads of sectors and heads of other organizational units of the same level and other positions with a higher status, as well as positions of information, personnel, financial and of an administrative nature; jobs in the field of protection against natural and other disasters, in which work is performed mainly in the field, and jobs in which work is performed with mine-explosive and other dangerous substances.
