Abstract
This Decree establishes penalties and fines related to infringements of the provisions of several Community Regulations as listed in article 1 (field of the Common Fisheries Policy). The competent authority for carrying out official controls referred to in this Decree is the Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia for Agriculture, Forestry and Food.
