Abstract
This Decree lays down the offenses and sanctions for the implementation of several Common Fisheries Policy related European Union legislative documents, as listed in article 1. The official supervision over the implementation of this Decree, the decision-making on misdemeanors and the allocation of an appropriate number of points shall be performed by the fisheries inspector.
