Abstract
This Decree, based on the provisions of the Slovenian Forest Reproductive Material Act, and aimed at implementing the provisions contained in the 2005/871/EC: Commission Decision of 6 December 2005 releasing Denmark and Slovenia from certain obligations for marketing of forest reproductive material under Council Directive 1999/105/EC, here establishes the list of tree species and artificial hybrids. The tree species and artificial hybrids are listed in the Annex, which is an integral part of this text.
