Decree on the mining concession fee and rehabilitation funds.

This Decree determines the method of: calculation, assessment and payment of compensation for mineral resources obtained by their exploitation in mining premises (concession fees) and notification of the annual planned extraction of mineral resources; provision of funds for the remediation of the consequences of mining works caused by the exploitation of mineral resources in the extraction premises; provision of compensation for the implementation of those tasks of the Eco Fund, the Slovenian Public Environmental Fund, which are related to the management of rehabilitation funds collected from it; control over the payment of the mining concession fee and the provision of funds for rehabilitation.
