Decree on the organization and operation of the observation, notification and alarm system.

This Decree defines the organization and operation of the observation network, state and regional centers for information and alarming, which make up the system of observation, information and alarming. In the system of observation, notification and alarm, public electronic communication systems and an autonomous system of electronic communications are used for the management and implementation of protection, rescue and assistance as well as other operational tasks of protection against natural and other disasters, organized by the competent ministry for protection against natural and other disasters.
