Abstract
This Decree, with the aim of protecting the environment and protecting human health, here specifies the mandatory requirements for warehouses in which solid combustible waste is stored outdoors (open-air waste storage), among detailed conditions for storing such waste in related warehouses, including fire protection measures. These provisions shall apply to temporary storage at the source, preliminary storage at the collector and storage at the processor, when they store 200 m 3 or more of solid combustible waste outdoors at the same time, unless there is a special regulations for an individual type or stream of waste specified otherwise.
