Abstract
This Decree regulates specific fire protection measures meant for natural environment and sets additional fire protection measures, as well as observation and notification in the event of a declared high and very high fire risk to the natural environment. the natural environment is: forest, as determined by regulations on forests; other forest land, as determined by regulations on forests; an outdoor area, excluding water surfaces, at a distance of up to 100 meters from a forest or other forest land. Issues regarding the declaration of high or very high fire risk are laid down in article 8. Obligations of fire guard and firefighters on duty are prescribed in article 11. Article 13 declares that the implementation of the provisions of this text shall be supervised by the inspectorate responsible for protection against natural and other disasters. Chapter VI sets related penal provisions.
