Abstract
This Instruction here specifies the reporting procedure and the content of data on biocides that are in circulation in the Republic of Slovenia. Any legal or natural person who imports or produces and places biocides on the market in the Republic of Slovenia is liable according to this instruction. For each biocidal preparation, whether classified as dangerous or not, and which was in circulation on the day of entry into force of the regulations on placing biocides on the circulation, the taxpayer must notify the Chemicals Office of the Republic of Slovenia all information that is listed in article 3 of this text. For biocides that are classified as dangerous, it is mandatory to attach a safety data sheet, but for biocides that are not classified as dangerous, only if it is available.
