Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on sampling procedures and methods of analysis for determining the lead, cadmium, mercury and 3-MCPD presence in foods (published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia 108/2002).
Changes are consisting in both Annexes I and II that are here replaced.
Annex 1 contains the list of official sampling procedures for controls over lead, cadmium, mercury and 3-mcpd levels in food; Annex 2 provides guidelines and technical indications for sample preparation and requirements for analytical methods to be used for official control over the lead, cadmium, mercury and 3-mcpd presence or content of food.
