Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food establishes animal health requirements concerning aquaculture animals and related products. These rules apply to the marketing, importation and transit of such products. Moreover, the Regulation establishes measures aimed at the prevention and control of diseases of aquaculture animals. Provisions regard also the issue of authorizations for aquaculture production businesses and processing establishments. This Regulation is composed of 54 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Aquaculture production and approved processing establishments (Sec. 2); Marketing of aquaculture animals and products (Sec. 3); Import of aquaculture animals and products from third countries (Sec. 4); Measures for the controlling of diseases of aquatic animals (Sec. 5); Control and vaccination programs (Sec. 6); Health status (Sec. 7); Laboratories (Sec. 8); Control (Sec. 9); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 10).
