Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of the Environment and Spatial Planning, which is composed of five articles, regulates in detail the content of the application for permit for placing products containing genetically modified organisms (GMOs) on the market. The application should be accompanied by: the risk assessment for the intended placing of the product on the market; program of monitoring the effects of the product and its use on the environment and human health; extract information on genetic modifications in GMOs.
