Regulation on assessment and control procedures for compliance with the principles of good laboratory practice.

This Regulation defines the assessment and compliance control procedures and the exchange of information on good laboratory practice with the aim of ensuring the appropriate implementation of non-clinical tests of substances or preparations (safety studies) for evaluating the effects of substances or preparations on humans and the environment, and enable mutual recognition of test data with other countries.
The Annex is also part of this text (Annex 1: Certificate of compliance with good practices; Annex 2: Instructions for carrying out inspections of testing laboratories and audits of studies).
