Regulation on the auction for the selection of the holder of the mining right for the exploration and exploitation of mineral resources.

This Regulation governs the auction in the process of selecting the holder of the mining right for exploration and the holder of the mining right for the exploitation of mineral resources, determines the composition and tasks of the committee for conducting the auction, the content of the invitation to the auction, the method of identifying bidders, the course of the auction, the deadline and the method of carrying out individual actions in relation to with the auction, the content of the minutes of the auction and the method of keeping records of eligible applicants who did not participate in the auction.
