Regulation on chemical data reporting.

This Regulation determines the method of submitting and renewing data, as well as exceptions to the reporting of data on chemicals. The data is reported for the establishment and management of the national list of chemicals that are produced in the Republic of Slovenia or imported into the Republic of Slovenia. The list of chemicals is established and maintained by the Office of the Republic of Slovenia for Chemicals and is shall be used for the purposes of protecting human health and the environment in the Republic of Slovenia. The provisions of these regulations do not apply to chemicals from Annex 1 of this text. Data on the production, introduction and placing on the market of chemicals shall be reported to the office in written or electronic form, namely for all chemicals that meet the conditions from Annex 2; and for all chemicals specified by the office in a special request through the Chemicals Information System and on its website, by the deadline specified in the request.
