Regulation on conditions to be met by inspection testing laboratories when sampling chemicals or packaging for chemicals.

This Regulation here prescribes specific technical and operational provisions as regards the functioning and performance of tasks such as sampling of chemicals or sampling of packaging for chemicals, that shall be executed by authorized laboratories during official inspection procedures. In the event that, due to technical or commercial reasons, the accreditation of analysis/test methods is not suitable, the analysis/tests of inspection samples of chemicals or packaging for chemicals may be performed by a laboratory that does not have accreditation. Preference is given to a laboratory that demonstrates a higher level of internal quality system and a higher level of compliance with the technical requirements from the relevant points of articles 5 and 6 of this text.
