Regulation on conditions to be met to provide for official field inspections, sampling and testing of propagating material under official supervision.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food lays down conditions governing field inspections of seed crops, sampling and testing of the quality of seeds in the process of certification under the official supervision, details on training and examinations for samplers and persons in laboratories performing analysis of the quality of seed crops, the content of course, requirements for professional qualifications of inspectors and for technical equipment, and competences of the monitoring authority. This Regulation is composed of 26 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Conditions governing field inspections, sampling and testing of propagating material (Sec. 2); Training (Sec. 3); Requirements for qualifications, space and technical equipment (Sec. 4); Designation (Sec. 5); Control authority for certification (Sec. 6); Final provisions (Sec. 7).
