Regulation on conditions for entry in the register of suppliers and other obligations of suppliers and on the requirements concerning marketing of forest reproductive material.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food establishes: (1) requirements for professional competences of a person who is responsible for fulfilling obligations of the supplier of forest reproductive material and specific requirements relating to land, buildings, machinery and equipment; (2) the form and documents which must accompany the application for registration of suppliers; (3) the format and content of the plan of production; (4) criteria for the quality of forest reproductive material; (5) method of labeling and packaging of reproductive material intended for marketing; (6) method of keeping records on cultivation, storage, inventory, sales and acquisition of reproductive material; (7) method of communicating information on the marketing of reproductive material. This Regulation is composed of 25 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Entry in the register (Sec. 2); Criteria for the quality of reproductive material (Sec. 3); Packaging and labeling (Sec. 4); Record keeping and reporting (Sec. 5); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 6).
