Regulation on conditions for marketing of plant protection products and the keeping and communication of data on such marketing.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the Slovenian Plant Protection Products Act, lays down the detailed requirements regarding the premises and equipment and the keeping and storage of plant protection products (PPPs) which must be fulfilled by the distributors of PPPs in wholesale and retail distribution; the detailed duties of PPPs salespersons and advisors for PPPs; the period of presence of the PPPs advisor in a specialized shop; the detailed content of the application for obtaining a permit for marketing PPPs; the criteria for defining the PPPs permitted for use by non-professional users; provisions regarding general information on the risk to human health and the environment caused by the use of PPPs permitted for non-professional use; and the detailed content and manner of managing PPPs market data.
