Regulation on the course and test of knowledge from the regulations governing the production and storage of chemicals and their trade.

This Regulation determines the content and method of conducting the courses and the content and method of taking the knowledge test from the regulations governing the safe and controlled production and storage of chemicals and their circulation in the Republic of Slovenia. The organization of the courses and education-knowledge test are carried out by authorized organizations, which are authorized by the minister responsible for health at the proposal of the Office of the Republic of Slovenia for Chemicals. The authorized organization, in cooperation with the office, prepares a list of relevant legislation from the presented areas and copies of the presented material, and arranges for the technical implementation of the course with the possibility of using a computer presentation. For the individual knowledge test, the authorized organization appoints a committee consisting of the president and two members from among the lecturers appointed on the basis of article 4 of this text. The commission includes members whose knowledge enables a comprehensive knowledge test. The commission also has a recorder, who is determined by the authorized organization.
