Regulation on the criteria for marking the water protection area and bathing water area.

This Regulation here prescribes the necessary technical and design elements, the method of implementation and the method of marking of water protection areas and marking of bathing water areas that are present on the national territory. These provisions shall be also used to mark the water protection area for public drinking water supply and will further apply to mark the bathing water area for: an area where a large number of people usually bath and bathing is not prohibited; an area that complies with the regulations on protection against drowning is a natural bathing area.
