Regulation on the criteria for selection, evaluation, approval and entry of breeding equidae in the herd book.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of eight articles, establishes conditions of selection, evaluation, recognition and registration of breeding equidae (art. 2), and conditions of entry of breeding equidae in the herd book (art. 3 - 7). These provisions refer to the conditions concerning lineage and identification which must be fulfilled prior to entry in the register.
