Abstract
This Regulation determines the price list (specific method) for calculating the value of individual types of fish by size in the case of illegal capture of fish or damage caused to fish due to poisoning, pollution, excessive loading of waters, illegal encroachment on waters or damage caused in some other way. The effective value for each illegally captured fish shall be calculated according to species and related weight.
