Abstract
This Regulation of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of 13 articles and two Annexes, establishes requirements concerning the emission of substances in the discharge of waste water from washing and dry cleaning of textiles. In particular, this Regulation sets out limit values of waste water (art. 3), specific measures relating to the reduction of emissions (art. 4), and operational monitoring of waste water. Monitoring of the implementation of this Regulation shall be conducted by the minister responsible for environmental protection.
