Abstract
This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of nine articles and two Annexes, establishes requirements concerning the emission of substances in the discharge of waste water from washing and dry cleaning of textiles. In particular, this Regulation sets out limit values of waste water (art. 3) and specific measures relating to the reduction of water pollution (art. 4). Provisions of this Decree apply to discharges of wastewater from the following facilities for washing and dry-cleaning: (1) facilities for washing textiles; (2) equipment for dry cleaning; (3) devices for the regeneration of adsorbents, contaminated with halogenated organic solvents from the above mentioned areas.
